They proposed a plan then before the installation they came out with a test kit and we ended up tweaking the original plan a little to end up with a lighting masterpiece. The sales team was very knowledgeable, creative and patient, while the installation crew was talented, polite, respectful, and left the site spotless when they were done. I am a big proponent of small family businesses, and this is a perfect example of the personalized service and attention to detail that's hard to find in a corporate contractor.
